Puddle Jumpers BBQ Reopens Under New Chef/Owner MILWAUKEE, Jan. 23 2013 -- South side restaurant Puddle Jumpers Smokehouse and BBQ reopened recently under new chef/owner Lisa "the Ale Wife" Keefer.
