I gave him a try and was very surprised not olny by his quick response, but also really good price and availability/flexibility. My new furnace installation involved removal of asbestos, so Adam needed to come twice (to allow for the specialized crew's work), which he did with no problems. He worked with the other crew's schedule, so I was not left hanging with no furnace at any point of this. Adam, the owner, was very professional and also personable. I was considering high efficiency equipment and he gave me an honest opinion and explanation, so my decision was fully informed and made not at all in the dark. I must say that I was nervous, but two winter seasons later - I am very happy with my choice of the furnace and the installation. I am particularly impressed by some work he suggested and performed while in the midst of installation (he had no idea that we will discover this problem once the old furnace was removed). The furnace is running great and my gas bill actually dropped both last and this winter! And to point out how good this guy is - I called him up a couple of times regarding my AC (which he had nothing to do with in the first place) and he gave me a thorough answer each time.
