They charged us $373 to repair our stove. It is still broken and now they won't return our calls. They have an *ALERT* at the BBB! Beware!

Ripped us off $300+. Never delivered part and wouldn't refund money. Mark Timms hangs up phone when we call about the problem.

Do not use this business!!! Please go to BBB to see list of complaints. I wish we had prior to calling them. They have an "F" status. We paid for services that we did not receive. Mark promised to make things right and provide my family with a refund. We provided documentation of payment to Mark. Mark is now refusing to take our calls and hangs up on us when we call. This is a dishonest man and does not deserve your business.
