Not even sure where to start... From the first call to the semi leaving this whole operation was a sham. We booked short notice due to another company requiring cash only. We found Puma on google seeing they were based out of Texas I gave them trust(which I should not have) I booked and paid the 10% down. Using another quote from Freeman moving in TX they advised my estimate. We were charged more money on the day of pickup along with them showing up with two box trucks that did not hold everything. Then had to show back up with a third to get the garage. The process of loading and unloading is in my opinion where my things got broken and damaged. Especially since the crew loading me and unloading me wanted a tip but went over two thousand on the estimate wo what was I supposed to do? After no tip they left. I have no idea what happened to my things after that. I heard they go back to a warehouse and load into a garage and then into the semi. Long story short they show up a week later in FL with half the crew. Only one that actually worked for Puma the others were cash paid workers that the truck driver ka foreman knew. The foreman made his own plan for the unload and did not ever listen to me. I had to argue to get the boxes from the garage to the bedrooms and even at that point they still loaded them into the up stairs living room. While unloading we saw they damaged thousands of dollars of our property. The Sr VP aka Neil also named Noah called and rest assured me things would be ok and to file a claim. The foreman rushed us on signing the paperwork and there was not enough room on the damage box to list out the items. Nor did ANYONE tell us this would be used during the claims process. In the end the Anthem Claims management offered us four hundred for damages which was an absolute slap in the face. PLEASE so your research and book a real mover that will value your belongings and not lose them, wreck them, and not care in the end. This whole process was the worst I have ever experienced. I would NEVER recommend Puma Van Lines to anyone not even my worst enemy. Thanks Daniel Sales, and Noahn MGMT for your exceptional customer service in conning me into your company and then running off at the end. Well done.

Very professional from start to end. Puma Van Lines were very responsive, explained fees up front and ensured me that the window for arrival was not a suggestion, but when they would actually arrive. The team packed us up quickly and efficiently, being thoughtful to ensure that delicate items were well wrapped. Unloading was a breeze as well; movers unloaded the truck and were careful to ensure that our newly painted walls would not be damaged. They were true professionals. Highly recommended!
