I thought I was deaf when I heard that they did $20 virus cleanups and averaged $40 in data recovery fees, with a 90% success rate, according to Deanna, the very charming Office Manager. I've brought in 6 old mechanical hard drives so far, and all have been recovered (I was mostly interested in pictures). I paid $20 for all the recoveries, except one, that one was $40. I think that not only is this a wonderful, small family owned business, but they are professional, precise, and the best at what they do in my neck of the woods. I know they have reviews all over the internet, but I wanted to put my two cents in and tell them just how much I appreciate all they have done for me.

Very professional staff and very low prices! I called DML this morning and was able to bring my computer in a couple of hours later. I received a lot of help from Deanna in explaining what was probably wrong with my computer and she even gave me a run down of what order/when they would be working on each of the problems. I have definitely found my new favorite place for computer repairs!
