He always gives me a 2 to 3 hour time slot and someone always shows up in that time. I love that they are always honest. They show me what is wrong and the show me the best way to fix it. When I moved in the house had an old garage doors, so it had those spring issues and didn't even had a motor for easy access. I did not have enough of a budget to install the motor just yet, however, they took care of the spring problems and I am able to open the door without any troubles.
