By combining unconditional laughter and yogic deep breathing, we relieve tension and stress, while inducing a sense of joy, playfulness and peace to the body - mind. We do not do yoga poses and then laugh. Instead, we practice fun and playful exercises, yogic breathing techniques, improv, gibberish, and meditation. This practice is fun for all.
