I had 2 other contractors look at my deck for refinishing. Only Mark came through. My wife was so impressed just from the stripping alone and then the staining. Truly exceptional work. Mark keep me up to date with the schedule due to all rain in July. But after seeing the strip job, I had no worries. Share on Band of Neighbors: Yes

Work Completed Date: August 21, 2013 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $550.00 Description Of Work: Power washed porch, sidewalk and basement steps. Painted basement steps. Member Comments: Mark was great. He came out when he said he was going to and spent about 5 hours power washing my porch, sidewalk and basement steps. When he power washed the porch he not only did the decking part but did the rails, the house and the ceiling as well. He got all the stains and mud out though he warned me at the beginning they might not come out. The porch was 15 years old and a Trex type deck and it looks brand new now. It feels soooooo good to walk barefoot on. The slate walkway came out great too, all the mold/mildew is gone and it's bright and clean looking. After power washing the steps, Mark suggested repainting them and I'm so glad they did. They look new and fresh and I'm thrilled. I will definitely be keeping his number! Work Completed Date: July 23, 2013 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $700.00 Description Of Work: He cleaned and sealed a large deck that hadn't been serviced in over 20 years. Member Comments: The results are beautiful. The deck (and all of its railings, spindles, etc) is back to its natural wood coloring. And, when it rains, the sealant makes the water run right off. A remarkable difference; well done. Share on Band of Neighbors: Yes
