Bobby improperly installed the vinyl liner of my pool. The bottom of the pool needed to be redone due to years of neglect by the previous homeowners. He cleaned some debris out of the bottom but did a very poor job leveling it and removing the tree stumps/roots. The new liner was installed 7/2020. It has dips and divots in the bottom of the pool, wrinkles in the liner and spots were stumps/roots will soon make holes in the liner bottom. He has been notified of these issues multiple times. He does not answer the phone or text messages or return phone calls. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
