This is my horror story. I hired Omar Manticof under the name "Marinka Construction" to redo y 7"x5" Bathroom. After working few days, he took my $9000 and disappeared, leaving me without walls, without any fixtures and in a total chaos. It took me 2 years and a judicial judgement to get my money back. Everybody should know it before hiring this constructor.
