UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! We were lured to this collision repair shop under false pretenses and forced to pay a ridiculously high fee as a penalty for deciding not do business with them. My husband was in a car accident and on the day of the accident Performance Collision Center contacted him by phone and claimed to be working with the insurance company and said that we needed to drop our truck off at their shop to get started on the claim. After he dropped the truck off and the insurance adjuster looked at it he informed us that he was not affiliated with Performance Collision Center and that we were not required to have the repair work done there. We decided to have a certified Nissan repair shop near our house do the repair, and when my husband went to pick up our truck, Performance Collision Center demanded $450 IN CASH for "storage and administration fees" otherwise they would not give the truck back!!! They did no work whatsoever to the truck, and the only reason they had it was because they tricked us into bringing it to them. They said that if we were to have work done at their shop they would waive the fees, so basically the fees are a way to bully us into purchasing their repair services.

Beware these are scammers they get paid and break things and dont replace what they get paid for. Do not use this body shop. If something is not wront with your vehicle they will break something on your car in order to get paid. Biggest scammers ive ever seen
