I called their office at about 10:30 in the morning. The lady on the phone was very helpful and promised to have a technician out between 11:30 and 12:30 same day. She even answered my questions on what to expect in charges. The repairman arrived at 11:45 and was completely finished by 12:30! The price was just what the lady had estimated?no hidden charges!
