I contacted Tina Roll via facebook and about a painting, she said she could custom make me one. I had a 15 day deadline for a birthday. She said that was no problem. I got her the artwork and then she stop responding to my emails. I gave her 2 different emails, my phone number and she had my facebook page and email. I did not have her phone number. I emailed her several times on facebook and from both emails. I finally posted on her FB wall and talked 2 days before the deadline. She said it wasn't ready. She then disappeared again for several days, a few days after the deadline I finally got in touch with her and she said she was sick and it still wasn't done. Several more days went by and she said it was done, but she was out of town for 4 days. Keep in mind I had asked her to call me several times she never did. Then told me she doesn't check FB ever day, but she has posts there every day. Here we are 15 days past the deadline 30 days total have gone by I only get her to response by me posting on her FB wall. She informs me that because she couldn't get a hold of me she sold my custom made piece to someone else, the blocked me from facebook. That makes no sense. This is either a very shady business or she is completely incompetent. Either way I can't stress enough to not use this person for anything. Completely ruined this birthday surprise for me, now I have to start all over. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
