It is my pleasure to recommend Lisa as a fitness trainer. I met Lisa through a Tae Kwon Do advanced training. As she has many years more experience and much more advanced skills than I have in fitness, I worked with her to improve my skills and fitness. She is very specific about techniques used which resulted in my advancement of the efficiency and effectiveness of my technique fairly rapidly when I worked with her. Lisa is very focused and encourages her students to focus and work hard. What I really enjoyed was that Lisa is great at identifying areas to improve technique and also summarize my areas to improve and move forward in, a step at a time.
