I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE!!!!! Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this contractor to anyone! He has zero customer service, gives lots of excuses for reasons for not showing up or get work done. His sub contractors don't trust that they will get paid, had to pay them our self to get them to work ( not sure why we need a contractor if we paid the sub contractors) . Worse experience , Joe is building my pool in Apollo beach florida. Joe took $100.000 and only 40% of the pool finished and he is not responding to any calls and he sent three guys after 2 months no activity to put the borders of the pool that is done wrong by his guys. Worse experience , Joe is building my pool in Apollo beach florida. Joe took $100.000 and only 40% of the pool finished and he is not responding to any calls and he sent three guys after 2 months no activity to put the borders of the pool that is done wrong by his guys. We all felt that he is going to move and get the job done. Surprise after one week his new guys complained that he didn't pay them ; so they called us the owner asking to be paid by us and they are not going to come back to work for him. You call Joe no answer he is already made his yearly income . I will keep you up dated if he is still alive . Pray for us !!!!!!
