I just saw the name on the check that we wrote for him, and the name is the same (Joe Letzig). He is using different names; therefore, it is difficult to find all of the reviews for him. This is really the Joe's Fencing - The Price Beater located in Bates City, MO. I make my reviews based on my experience with this gentleman. On January 20, 2020 we signed a contract to build a wood, chain link fence with an electric gate for us. Today is July 20, 2020 and we only have posts installed. After six months of playing games with us and saying he will work on it next Wednesday, for sure next Saturday and on and on, we still do not have a fence or a gate. He just told me that he needs until the end of the month because he does not have pickets. After six months, he finally tells me that he does not have pickets because of COVID-19. If you all remember, the COVID-19 did not start until near the end of March. All this time, he did not even bother to order pickets or tell me that he does not have pickets. If he had ordered the pickets even in March, he should have received pickets by now. He personally seems like a very trustworthy and reasonable man; but he truly was not professional. He did not have a gut to outright tell me that he changed his mind and does not want to do the fence for us. I was extremely patient as I was not traveling and worked from home, so I was able to walk my dogs on a leash this whole time. However, my work notified me that travel will be picking up soon again, and I cannot wait any longer. When I am traveling, I need my dogs to be able to go to the yard without needing me to walk them on a leash. I will now have to find another person to do my fence. By the way, I paid him for materials, and now he is saying he cannot return my money because he bought posts and gate. I do not have any gate, and I am sure posts did not cost $2000 as he indicated. Good luck if you are deciding to use his services.

We recently had a 6' privacy fence installed by Joe's Fence and were extremely pleased with the entire process and love the finished product!! Joe Letzig (the owner), came out the day after we contacted them to give a bid. Bid was very reasonable! We accepted the bid and they came the very next day to tear down old fence and put up new posts. Was supposed to return the following Monday, however we had a few days of rain which delayed installment. Joe and his workers came the first rain-free day and finished up the fence and it is beautiful!! Thank you Joe!!
