Martin Laderman and his team are doing an awesome job. They were very prompt to respond to my inquiry and I needed the community managed better than the previous management company. I would definitely recommend mem to anyone and I am happy for their service.

In February 2013, we switched our property managers to mem property management from Taylor property management to manage our condos in Somerset . We could immediately see the difference in the way this company operated and we have been very satisfied with the results of mem's unique array of services. mem property management goes above and beyond the traditional property management role with the use of technology to streamline interaction with vendors, tenants and owners. Their staff is very responsive and professional and I highly recommend them to any board looking for a responsible, effective company they can trust their assets to.

Here goes, ......we hired mem about 9 months after we had terrible experiences with two other local management companies, "So far so good" they definitely return calls and emails promptly and the transition from one management company to them was handled very well by mem's management team lead by Martin laderman and Dave Vargas and Rosa labrador. The board really likes the technology they use from the accounting process to work orders. To start with the communication to all the residents and vendors notifying of the new management went very well with no errors or screw-ups (unlike our previous management experiences) our main concern with the switch was that our board would have to do most of the work mem's team took the hassle out of it and all we had to do was write the termination letter and send it to the old management company they took the ball and ran with it from there much to our pleasure I will update this post at the end of the year .... Don't know where to start with mem management! They are fabulous and definitely one of a kind. I have been so disappointed looking for a management company and then I found them. They are great with the service provided and very prompt to call back and answer every question.
