Terribly run business. We were told she had a spot for our son, as his older sister has gone there for 3.5 years (her entire life) on Monday through Wednesday. Then dragged us along for a week and a half saying to call her at certain times and then ignoring the calls, viewing messages and not responding and essentially lying. Then when we went to pick up our oldest (we couldn’t be ignored in person) she said to call her at 5pm because then she would know if she had given the spot to someone else. She ignored our calls all weekend until Monday when we needed her and then said she had filled his spot. This daycare center is a joke and my step daughter would be pulled if it were up to me, she cries and fights not to go as it is when we have to bring her.
