I design and create unique looking and unique sounding custom handmade Cigar Box Guitars from re-cycled or unused real cigar boxes. My Cigar Box Guitars are actual playable musical instruments made from re-cycled or unused real cigar boxes that provide the resonator box for the instruments. The guitars have 3 - 5 strings and have fretted steel reinforced necks. They are acoustic, electric, and acoustic/electric guitars. The pickups are piezo or Humbucker type pickups and use tone and volume controls. Each design is unique. These instruments are not made to replace regular guitars but are a novelty item made especially to play the blues. They give the artist the old time bluesy sound that is difficult to find on regular guitars.
