My fire sprinkler company successfully installed the fire sprinkler installation at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Linden NJ. We have been attempting to get paid for our retention since January 2015 and have had no success. The last e mail received from Joe Maiore the PM on the job today advised he has no idea when we will be paid. If you are thinking about being a subcontractor for Patriot build into the bid the heartache you will have getting your retention, if you get it at all.
