This has been the worse experience I have had. When we first moved in, wanting a neighborhood environment..i really thought this was the place. The sewer has backed up since we've moved in causing rv damage, you must take care of your own lawn service or hire someone. This is not a big deal considering there's not much lawn, but if you have a lawn mower, etc...you must purchase a shed. Here's the kicker, when you purchase a shed, by demand of the owner, she then charges you an additional $50 a month. Oh yeah, and she advertises free wifi....never had it...have to purchase that as well. So look at adding at least $150 more to your contracted park agreement. This is going to average a normal RV lot in the amount of $550 a month. Then, you'll somehow, not sure how, but your electric will go over your free alotted amount of $100. Even though, all our appliances we used propane for, except for the fridge and ac.
On a plus note, we did meet some nice people there. However, the nice ones seemed to be runned off because of the owner. Apparently, if you're not a retired person or a drug dealer, you are considered scum in this park. My personal opinion, is the owner is just a money hungry slum lord with no compassion for people in general.
