I had an opportunity to meet one of the young bakers from All Crumbs last night. Gabe's passion and excitement for baking prompted me to go to the Toledo Farmer's Market this am and buy some of the baked goods. . I met Maureen and Kelly there and had trouble hearing Maureen as all but my olfactory senses had shut down. The aroma of the Garlic Parmesan Country Loaf was holding me prisoner. My first bite into the pain au chocolat transported me to a metal table in the Tuilleries garden looking back toward the Louvre. I cannot yet speak to the English muffins and ciabatta, but if it is anything like pastry, I will be back on the Continent in a few more bites. If there was a star rating on this site, I would give it the five stars hands down.
