Do Not Use This Fradulent Company. I originally purchased a Groupon for $79 for a tune- up and repair. Jorge came out eyeballed my unit and stated my 2 year old HVAC needed to be replaced and that he could provide that for 10k, ouch. Moreover, he also mentioned that my Groupon could not be honored and he would charge me $250 to add freon and wire repair ( even though the groupon was for tune-up and repair) and that he would come in about a month to install the 10 k unit. Red flags immediately went up, I called the company that originally installed the unit, they came out same day, provided tune-up and replaced the compressor, to my delightful surprise my unit is under full warranty, no charge. When I tried to delete the groupon since I was Not going to use JN Caleb Power services Mr. Jorge redeemed the groupon the day he came out without providing any services. I called groupon to challenge it, they stated that they had contacted Jorge and he stated that he provided services, how dishonest can you be. Groupon finally sided with me and provided me with a full refund, thanks Groupon. As for this dishonest lying company Beware and go with a reputable company that knows what they are doing.
