Bill saves you the trouble (and cost) of renting equipment and cleaning products, lugging it all home, moving the furniture (TWICE- once before shampooing and then back in place after shampooing!), doing the actual cleaning, then returning the rented equipment back to the store. All for only $20 per hour. Compared to the franchises and do-it-yourselfers, his way is a better bargain with less effort on your part!
