I called Power Window World for a 2016 Chevy Equinox right front window motor. Raul Cabrera came by and "fixed" the window. The next morning I rolled the window down and when I got to the doctor's office, I went to close the window and it would not roll up. I immediately called Raul Cabrera at Power Window World Raul Cabrera said that he was in Orlando, FL and could not fix it until Saturday, sadly I agreed. Saturday came by and after 5 calls to him including text and to no avail. I am 65 and have lymphoma with daily visit to the hospital for treatments. My Air conditioner has not been cooling so the importance of being able to open and close the window means the world to me. I failed reading the reviews prior to calling Raul. Now, I have reported Power Window World to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully try the media on him (Raul Cabrera) and his wife (Sabrina Cabrera). Which use to operate as Power Window World, Corp. All I am asking for is for from Power Window World to refund me the 150.00 I paid on my VISA. I feel that Raul is targeting Seniors (easy targets).
