Roadway van lines

After being MIA for two weeks, I was just told my household goods will take 23 days to deliver. I was told by the customer service rep that the company was allowed up to 21 days (no mention of "business days") but that (she assured me) it never takes that long. It's 10-12 days for delivery. After being MIA for two weeks, I was just told my household goods will take 23 days to deliver. I was told by the customer service rep that the company was allowed up to 21 days (no mention of "business days") but that (she assured me) it never takes that long. It's 10-12 days for delivery. Now, I was just told by another woman (now that Rachel, my helpful customer rep has started ignoring me) that they won't be "late" unless they deliver after Dec. 3. They picked up my furniture on Nov. 2. That's over a month. Over 1/12 of a year. Without any furniture. My dishes, my clothes, my towels, etc. I've had to spend so much money buying filler items to make up for this delay. I'm so disappointed. I was contacted by dozens of moving companies once word got out to them I was looking to move. I wish I'd chosen any one of the others.

Moving is always expensive, especially if you are moving with all your belongings. I hired Roadway van lines for my move last month. Surprisingly they were quite inexpensive. But by no means were they inefficient. What I got in return for my money was pure efficiency. The movers arrived on time with all the right tools. Packing is always tricky but these guys were well prepared. Big pieces of furniture were carefully carried out and loaded onto the vans. Everything happened like clockwork and I really couldn’t praise their efficiency enough. Very rarely do you see such level of professionalism. I will certainly advise everyone to hire these guys.

I hired Roadway van lines for their expertise at long distance moving. These guys are just awesome. They are so professional, both on the phone and in person. Their quote was fair, but not cheap. I hired Roadway van lines for their expertise at long distance moving. These guys are just awesome. They are so professional, both on the phone and in person. Their quote was fair, but not cheap. Then again, you know it’s going to cost you if you move across the country. The men arrived exactly at 10 am as we requested. They came very well prepared and started packing up everything. Everything was so well organized that there was absolutely no glitches. I even received the delivery right on the scheduled date. I am still at awe every time I’m reminded of how systematically the move happened.

I called them and talked to Tasha on the phone was very polite and called me back in a few minutes with a reasonable quote. The movers arrived right on the given time on moving day and started working immediately. They were all very hard working and sincere. Their packing skills were truly admirable. My belongings arrived one day after I reached there as scheduled before and I was very happy to see that all my stuffs have survived the journey. They made the relocation easy for me.

Everything else was taken care of by these guys. They arrived on time, came fully prepared and worked like machines. They wrapped all my breakables with caution. Even the edges of my furniture were wrapped in tapes. I must say, they used a lot of tapes. But it was free! They arrived at my new house 15 minutes before I did. Then they unpacked everything and put each thing exactly where I pointed them. It was such a hassle-free move that I just had to give a shout out to these guys.

Last weekend I moved to NY from VA. It was a tough move because both my old and new flat is in the 3rd floor. In spite of the challenges, these guys were friendly and very professional! I was impressed with their very easy and simple booking service. Our sales rep Lee called me prior to their arrival on the day, which helped us to finish our personal tasks before they arrived. I pleased to watch these guys wrapping and packaging some of my delicate items. Very expert indeed! The vehicle was in good condition. No trouble during the transportation. They delivered everything intact. Thanks for the excellent service.

Just moved to Atlanta, VA all the way from Washington, DC. We used Roadway van lines for the relocation services. They offered us a very good deal and scheduled the move within a very short time. Walter at the office was very helpful and took all necessary steps to help us. The 4 men moving team arrived on time and packed the whole house in no time. They were very careful with the walls and floors in both the ends and were able to complete the move within the allotted time. It was great so notice everything arriving in one piece and without any dent. Well done folks. We made it.
