After being MIA for two weeks, I was just told my household goods will take 23 days to deliver. I was told by the customer service rep that the company was allowed up to 21 days (no mention of "business days") but that (she assured me) it never takes that long. It's 10-12 days for delivery. Now, I was just told by another woman (now that Rachel, my helpful customer rep has started ignoring me) that they won't be "late" unless they deliver after Dec. 3. They picked up my furniture on Nov. 2. That's over a month. Over 1/12 of a year. Without any furniture. My dishes, my clothes, my towels, etc. I've had to spend so much money buying filler items to make up for this delay. I'm so disappointed. I was contacted by dozens of moving companies once word got out to them I was looking to move. I wish I'd chosen any one of the others.

Moving is always expensive, especially if you are moving with all your belongings. I hired Roadway van lines for my move last month. Surprisingly they were quite inexpensive. But by no means were they inefficient. What I got in return for my money was pure efficiency. The movers arrived on time with all the right tools. Packing is always tricky but these guys were well prepared. Big pieces of furniture were carefully carried out and loaded onto the vans. Everything happened like clockwork and I really couldn’t praise their efficiency enough. Very rarely do you see such level of professionalism. I will certainly advise everyone to hire these guys.

I hired Roadway van lines for their expertise at long distance moving. These guys are just awesome. They are so professional, both on the phone and in person. Their quote was fair, but not cheap. Then again, you know it’s going to cost you if you move across the country. The men arrived exactly at 10 am as we requested. They came very well prepared and started packing up everything. Everything was so well organized that there was absolutely no glitches. I even received the delivery right on the scheduled date. I am still at awe every time I’m reminded of how systematically the move happened.
