Bob Dees is the worst property manager I could imagine. Possibly the least dependable person that I've ever dealt with. I have no idea how Dees Management LLC still exists.

Do not work with Bob Dees. He ignored our requests for what type of tenants we wanted in our house, he did not enforce the rental agreement and let the tenants destroy the house. We had thousands of dollars in repairs to get the house back in a condition so that it could be sold. Bob charged us for repairs that we never completed. He has repeatedly lied to us about the house. Now he doesn't return calls or emails and he owes us several thousand dollars that he says he collected in rent but he has never paid us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this person he is a scam artist!

Bob Dees charged us for repairs that were never accomplished. He sent us pictures of beautiful Pergo floors, new mini blinds, etc. When I went out unannounced and visited our properties, we learned that none of the work we were charged for had been done. None of the properties were "rent ready" as he had promised. Instead, they were full of trash from previous tenants and needed work. Needless to say, Bob is no longer managing our properties.
