Bart suggested listing my house for 150k. After he got my listing he left on vacation without notifying me and without any way to contact him. His son, who I had to research to find out who was in charge of my listing, knew nothing about my listing. His archaic website didn’t even list the area of Nokomis where the house was. All around very unprofessional and you will be stressed dealing with him. He put in a flimsy cardboard sale sign in front of my house. When I listed with another agent it sold for $175k! I had previously given Bart a 2k commission on a auction house which I bought which he never stepped foot in thinking this loyal repeat business would help him with selling my house and commission and instead I got taken. He has the absolute highest commissions around. He is unreachable most of the time and takes off on the weekends when buyers want to shop. It was a waste of valuable time and money listing with Bart.
