Wellness Rehab is a personalized coaching service to help you reclaim your right to wellness. Working one-on-one with Dale Barr as your coach, you will take a holistic approach to your wellness recovery. Taking into account your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, you will begin the program by defining your vision for the future. Next, you will collaborate with Dale to design your very own plan for achieving your wellness goals. And then, you will execute on your plans!
