I needed an opener installed on my garage door. I saw the great reviews on the internet, and I sent an e-mail request via their web site. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day. They hadn't received the electronic message, so if you want these guys (and you should), use the phone. I talked with John, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. We made a prompt appointment for the next day. John was there on time, prepared, professional, fast and thorough. He fixed up the door, installed the opener, checked it out and explained everything. His service was all I could have asked for! I wish everyone was a good!!

Had a garage door emergency and called for service. Dan my service man arrived when promised and completely renewed all my door spring mechanisms and replaced rollers, check opener drive and completed his work in about and hour and one half. Of course, the time for the garage door torsion spring to break is when I'm out of town! Well, the wife got a free day off from work since her car was trapped in the garage. When I got home, I managed to free both cars and started the process of looking for someone local and reliable to fix the door spring. By looking through the yellow pages, I found this company 4 page ad that you couldn't miss. One phone call and I was set for the next day when I was off anyway. Sean arrived and completely overhauled my overhead double wide door in one hour. He was quick, efficient, and explained his steps while I watched in amazement! I chose the overhaul package due to the age of the door itself. I have no doubt it will be trouble free, and if by chance another call is needed, I know, as they say, they will be here in hours....not days. Thanks Sean.
