I sent a text to the owner of this business regarding the work he had done at our house. It was his second time visiting our property and it was a night and day difference in work done. I told him that he chopped up our dog toys on the lawn, left clippings on our porch, and did not edge the property as well as missing a few patches of grass. Instead of offering to visit the property and fix any issues, he decided to send us this text essentially accusing my pregnant wife who had to clean up his mess of being a liar. "Sir do you have pictures of un cut grass and toys chopped up and garbage and grass on concrete because i did that yard my self and I didn't see any toys or bags and I did edge and weed eat and cut entire yard. No I didn't move pool but that's not some thing I do with basic service. Also I don't run stuff over with my mower because I care for my mowers and equipment. And Seriously no edging no blowing . I want pics of all this seriously every inch of concrete better have grass on and the better be clear evidence of bags and dog toys chopped up and no edging done or weedeating what ever it is your saying I need pics or this conversation is over" Clearly...this man is a megalomaniac not equipped to run a business. 0 Stars, we are looking for a refund, and ending this business relationship.
