Cali Fitness has dramtically improved my life in so many ways. During my time with Cali Fitness I have gone from a run down out of shape couch potato, reluctantly working out twice a week; to a more energetic person who looks forward to my bi-weekly training sessions. Because Cali Fitnessâs philosophy of partnership I have been given a new and positive outlook on fitness. The Trainers at Cali Fitness took the time to listen to me, to not only understand what I hoped to accomplish, but to understand me, my life style, my personality. They were willing to think outside the box as we designed a fitness program that would work for me. Together we created a dynamic program, able to address consistant improvements to my fitness level, and overl attitude. At Cali Fitness I am always treated as if I am their only client. Their Trainers always take the time to answer my questions, to explain the reason, and the proper technique for each exercise. Their passion for fitness is contagious. I feel as if at 55 I am in better shape now than when I was 18, and still improving. Cali Fitness has taught me that I can remain active for the remainder of my life. Thank You Cali Fitness!
