Edward Jacobs
Patrick Fazzone and his wife are very unprofessional. They do not perform to their contract. They are late with their contracted services and worst of all racist. Because 2 homeowners fired him for contract violations, not meeting dates of service and not performing services. Called the black homeowner the N word and called the other homeowner "White trash". Pat threaten to burn down the black homeowners house and break out all the windows of the other homeowner. Police had to be called. No professionalism. Do not use!

Theft of Service. Blames Unreliable employees , the weather, the equipment......everything but the fact that he is the problem. Offered a refund for service never render and then never sends the check. Shopper beware!
