Scott clearly takes his buisness and customer satisfaction very seriously.He came over for an estimate within a few days of first making contact,was very thourough and honest and answered every question I had very professionally and knowledgeably. On the day of the airduct cleaning he and his team member arrived very punctual and did a very clean and professional job,wearing shoe covers not to get my floors dirty. They even offered a free dryer duct cleaning. At the end of the job,I even had to pay less than the estimate was and it turned out they had given me a very accurate estimate about how long the job would take. A day after their service,Scott even called me to follow up if there has been any issues. I very much enjoyed Scott's professionalism and politness and would highly recommend AdvantaClean for all your airduct cleaning,mold removal or water damage needs. As a matter of fact I will use them in the close future again for some minor mold removal they made me aware of.

Thanks for the quick response and return to business as normal at our salon, Scott. Your team were almost transparent as they worked to dry out my salon after the flood caused buy our leaking water heater. I especially love that you showed up in he evening, set up your equipment to run overnight and returned each day just as we opened to remove your equipment and allow us to complete our work as if all was normal. About all that was noticed were the small holes drilled in the bottom of the walls by our customers and those were noticed for only the five days it took to dry out the walls until you finished and replaced the floor molding. For the majority of our clients, nothing was seen and no issue was noticed. I also loved how you billed my insurance company and worked with our agent to ensure we were perfectly back to normal. Although I hope I never need to use your services again, I am overjoyed that you were here when I needed you. You made a bad situation better and worked in the off hours to make sure we were able to conduct our daily business. Thank you Scott and team!
