Terrible customer service when an issue arose with the operation on my new scooter. The owner said that he puts “paying” customers in front of service for someone who just paid cash two days before for a bike. I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect from any business owner, ever. I wish I hadn’t purchased from him. I explained I had prepaid for service in the warranty. He did seem to think I had any validity. I have owned a bike shop and been in various business for over 40 years. Buy from anywhere else.

I can only comment on the service, as that is why I came here. Advanti Power Sports was recommended by friends in the scooter community as the best place to take your for work. They were absolutely correct! Impeccable service. Took my bike here for repairs, and they fixed me up and got me back on the road again. The crew here are friendly and helpful, will listen to you and make recommendations that are sensible and necessary. They don't mind when you say there are things you can do yourself, and give advice on how to accomplish these tasks. In addition to the mechanical work, I needed to get my seat recovered. They don't do this here, but the Service Manager gave me a card for a local upholsterer that could do the job.

This has got to be the coolest scooter dealership ever!!! Talk about nice people! As I walked in I was greeted and pointed in the direction of what I was looking for. I must have had a look of sheer confusion, as one of the guys working there immediately came over and asked if I needed assistance. He was very helpful and did not try to sell us. We bought two 150cc Jonway scooters and saved over $400.00 over the other store in town. Dennis also gave us 50% off coupons for the first service. I would come back to this dealership in a minute if I needed anything else
