We have something for everyone. We offer classes for kids, women, competitors, hobby players, beginners, & for those who want to learn self defense. About the Instructor: Sean Applegate is proudly the first and only certified 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu instructor on the gulf coast. He holds belts in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu as well as being ranked in Shotokan Karate. He took 2nd place at the Gracie Worlds tournament in July of 2012 and 1st in 2013. In addition to competing in Jiu Jitsu tournaments, Sean has coached several amateur and professional MMA fighters.
