Ozzie Strand, the owner, bought a chain saw from me online. When he did a return request I was curious as to why. Once I found out the issue was his old style batteries I offered to tell him where he could get the better new ones for half price. I was going to tell him who my supplier was and put in a good word for him. I was trying to make the guy happy with the value of his purchase. The end result was a very negative public review left online to harm my sales. If this is how the owner of this company acts when someone is trying to help them, imagine how he acts when this is not the case.
