Martial Arts instruction for ages 3 and older.
We offer a variety of Martial Arts programs. We have classes for Tiny Tigers (ages 3-6), Kids (7-12) and Teens and Adults (13 +). We also offer family classes so the whole family can take class at the same time. All of our programs are designed to create a physical challenge as well as teach Life Skills such as Confidence, Respect and Discipline.
