We weren't ready to fix the opener yet, since we don't use the garage door much and there's a ping pong table full of junk in the way, so Steven threw out 3 different options...fix it, here's the price...replace it with a new one, here's the price...buy your own and I'll install it, here's the price. He even offered to leave a part in case I wanted to fix the opener myself. You don't generally think about garage door guys until it breaks. It happened and Steven was wicked efficient at getting me back to comfortably ignoring my functional garage door. Thanks again...

So, I heard this loud noise from my garage and went out to find that the spring was broken and I couldn't open the garage door. Not even with the emergency cord! I called the company that put in our original door back in 2005 and they aren't in business anymore. I looked on yelp and found that L and S had great reviews. I called and they were able to have someone out within the hour. Ken arrived and was pleasant and professional. He fixed the door within the hour for a reasonable price adding two new springs. I even got the 10% yelp discount. Quick fantastic service 10 stars if I could!
