Their tech fixed my problem with my help!! They said $29 to come and assess, but that would be put towards the total cost of repairing. I told them it came off the track and quoted me $125-225 over the phone. When the guy showed he saw that I was in a hurry and quoted me $350 and I had to point out to him how my newer, less than 1 year old jack shaft side garage door opener worked so that he could fix after only 45 minutes of work he still made me pay $350!! I strongly recommend calling someone else
