ADVISORY ****** ADVISORY ****** ADVISORY****** I HIGHLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT UTILIZE THOMAS HATCHER'S LAWN CARE SERVICE: Today is 11 May 2013, I signed a contract with Hatcher Lawn Care on 13 April 2013 for them to do $950 worth of lawn and garden care. (I paid half up front.) This included leaf removal from gardens and lawn, small retaining wall, verticutting, fertilizing, applying lime and new grass seed, fixing my home made wooden fences, mulching 21 gardens, removing the broken limbs of my tree from the neighbor's yard. Well, they've been here 5 times, approximately 2 – 5 hours each time. 95% of leaves were removed, and mulch unevenly applied to 3 gardens. The retaining wall is about 1/3 done. My lawn and non - applied grass seed has NOT received the benefit of rejuvenation from the verticutting, liming, fertilization, and about 3 1/4 inches of precipitation. Sections of my picket fences are now stacked on my patio. My neighbor finally paid to have the tree limbs removed from his yard. They have not been here nor have I heard from them since May 1!!! Of course, I have called and texted them many times! Save yourself a lot of grief and forget this husband and pregnant wife team. They have taken my money and run!
