I called the company on Sunday assuming I would get an answering machine. A person answered my call and made a technician available on Monday (my choosing). Technician arrived early to accommodate my schedule, replaced broken mechanism and explained how the opener operated. Made suggestions on how to extend the life of the garage door. They did a great job

We love our new garage door! Installation by technician and Vick was highest quality. They took the time to explain all features of our new opener and door. Great experience from the first phone call with Christina in the business office to after I received the receipt of finished product. Already have neighbors asking for information about this company.
