DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! MARK KOSIER came and picked up my mom's pc over a month ago. After 2 days he called her to say he would bring it by that night. She never heard from him again even after calling EVERY day. He moved his business and quit returning phone calls. And he STILL has my mom's computer! We have reported him to the police. He's a THIEF!
