He is the director of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Skin Restoration and Laser Institute in both Bloomington and Savoy (Champaign - Urbana area). Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Castillo is triple board certified including the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
