During a custom remodel of my bathroom with Lowes, the tile guys were brought in to do the tile work for the shower. However the guy they left me with to do the grouting did a really, really poor job on the shower pan grouting and within 15 days of using the shower, the grout on the corners of the pan started coming away in clumps. Upon contacting the tile guys to fix the job, they let me know that they'd fired the guy who'd done the grouting and then they proceeded to just caulk the edges and left it at that. I thought all was good at the time, but the caulk has now failed 12 months later on 3 of the 4 sides of the shower pan. After calling to have someone come out and fix it, I received no further call back or any other type of communication on trying to schedule time to come out and look/fix the issue. When you pay for a bathroom remodel you don't really expect things to last forever, but you don't expect to have to repair the work done every 6-12 months. At this point I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they don't stand by their work.

This company provides some next level craftsmanship and quality in their work. They treat their customers well, they were very friendly and respectful when talking to me which is a nice breath of fresh air these days. They arrived at my home on-time and got straight to work. I had them install a slip resistant tile which after all was said and done looks great and makes me feel much more comfortable in my bathroom. Very professional and affordable services. I am really satisfied and happy with the work they've done. Very highly recommend them, they'll get the job done in a timely manner without any troubles.
