We understand you are busy, so we offer a personalized concierge service. The advantages of this service include keeping you compliant, connecting with the manufacturer if necessary and providing all services in a timely manner. The Pipette Solution also consults with laboratories as to their pipette needs, provides tip recommendations and also sells refurbished pipettes to help find cost-effective ways to keep your lab running efficiently. On-site and mail-in services are available for your convenience. We offer a one year guarantee on all of our work, parts and pipettes. While calibrating, we use our own 5-place Mettler balance. Each pipette receives preventive maintenance according to its brand and is calibrated according to the ISO 8655 specifications. We service all brands of single channels, multi-channels, electronic pipettes, repeaters and bottle toppers. All documentation is NIST traceable and complies with GLP, GMP, CLIA, FDA, CLSI and CAP. The Pipette Solution is determined to find a solution for you. If we cannot repair a pipette, we fail the pipette and return it to you at no charge. We will then review available options for that pipette and connect you with the manufacturer for a repair or trade-in.
