Needed some emergency roof patching done after shingles had blown off in a storm. Emergency Disaster Recovery was prompt in coming to evaluate the work needed to be done and providing an estimate. The employee that did the work kept us up to date on progress and gave extra advice about the job done and the condition of the roof

We e-mailed Emergency Disaster Recovery after discovering rainwater dripping from the ceiling of our bathroom during the night. Kyle and Andy arrived in the morning. After assessing the problem, Kyle explained clearly the cause and extent of damage and suggested a course of action. We approved their plan and the young men took over. They met with our insurance adjuster. They contracted with quality repair persons and purchased necessary supplies. Repairs began almost immediately capably supervised by Kyle and Andy.

Many years ago, we had a poured floor installed directly over an original linoleum floor. When it came time to get the kitchen floor replaced, the guys from EDR came in and had to scrape up both layers of flooring. It was a big, labor-intensive project and they did a terrific job. They got the work done quickly, and removed all of the scraps and were thorough and very courteous! Definitely a business where client service is important. I would highly recommend them for your big home projects.
