Dedicated to the safety and overall well-being of his patients, Dr. Jones began his career when he attended Emory University for his undergraduate studies. He then went on to graduate from Georgia School of Dentistry’s Medical College. A believer in continuing education, he continues his studies to bring the most up to date procedures to his patients. He also keeps memberships with several professional dental organizations, including: • Academy of General Dentistry • International Association of Mercury Safe Dentists • International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology He learned of the dangers of mercury due to health problems he had that may have been due to mercury exposure. He has dedicated himself to remove the risk from himself and from his patients. The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology has trained him in the safe removal of mercury from mercury amalgam fillings without risk of further exposure to mercury to the patient. This helps his patients not only because of the toxicity factor, but also amalgam can lead to the cracking and breaking of teeth. Social Circle Dental does not even have anything to do with mercury, save for removing it. He is not only a fantastic and artistic dentist, he is a personable one.
