Laura Rhin
Kerry Heatherly the manager who works in the main office for this business, she is both an alcoholic and drug addict. Her behavior towards residents is unpleasant and at times violent, and she is incompetent for handling any important business matters or paperwork. Very unprofessional and unsafe behavior that leaves Heritage open to lawsuits.
