New to yoga? Practice on your own, but intimidated by the studio environment? Check out Wholehearter Yoga, a small, cozy, home-based studio. Wholehearter Yoga was passionately founded on the idea that yoga should be accessible financially, physically and emotionally. Classes here are small, cozy and personal. With customized lesson plans and one-on-one attention, both beginners and intermediate yogis can feel comfortable and challenged. Everyone is welcome here, but wherever you practice, we hope to inspire you to practice wholeheartedly. Due to space restrictions, most of our classes and workshops are advanced sign-ups only.
